Booking & Cancellations Policy

A 50% booking fee is required for all appointments.

No appointment will be made until the booking fee is paid.

The fee amount is dependent on the cost of the treatment being booked. The booking fee will be deducted from the overall treatment cost.

Should you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, please allow 24 hours or forfeit your booking fee.

All booking fees are non-refundable, should you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or fail to attend your appointment.

Management reserve the right to decide if a new appointment can be booked following non-attendance.
